Return Policy
All merchandise purchased from TexasMotorSports.com may be returned either to the store or by mail within 30 days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. To return an item by freight, please email Customer Service for assistance. They will also be able to inform you of any return shipping costs. Additional guidelines are also noted below.
HELMETS, APPAREL & SHOES
Must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.
BOOKS, MANUALS, CDs and DVDs
Must be returned unopened, unused and unmarked.
ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
Non Refundable
TIRES
Tires that have been mounted on rims are not eligible for return.
OTHER PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
May be returned to the store or by freight shipping. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item you receive is defective you can return the item to the store or return it by mail for a full refund.
Damage caused by a cutting tool while opening the box is not eligible for return.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
Shipped product is the customer's responsibility from the moment it leaves our freight dock. This means that freight damage claims must be filed by the recipient. Carefully inspect your shipment upon receipt! If there is visible damage, note this on the waybill before you sign and notify the carrier. Texas Motor Sports is not responsible for freight-damaged items, but we may be able to assist with the claims process.
ERROR-RELATED REFUNDS
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN A STORE
You can replace, exchange, or get credit for an item immediately in the store, pending product availability. Please see the Returns Policy section above for exceptions.
To return an item to a store: Bring the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories. If available, bring the packing slip that came with the item. If you do not have the original packing slip, you can print out the Order History for the item you are returning.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM BY MAIL
To return or exchange an item by mail, follow these instructions. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement by mail by contacting our Customer Service Center. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability.
